Ok so working on fixing a surgung idle issue on d16y7 civic dx. Cleaned TB and IAC. Found out i didnt have a plug to go into my IAT sensor so i ran wires from sensor strait into ECU pins. After this i had codes for throttle position sensor and ECT sensor. These were not there until i ran wires to IAT sensor. Ran a ground from the throttle position sensor to ECU and that code is gone now so i guess i should do the same for ECT sensor. But while doing this i noticed that i dont have the ground wires connected to my thermostat housing which i read was the main ECU ground. What should i do about this and do you think this could in any way be related to my idle issue
