ECU compatibility question

Default ECU compatibility question

Noob here. i just want to ask if can use another ECU for my car. i have my ECU part #. 37820-P2-Y01. can i use another part number for my car?

You need to give more info to get responses. What year/make/model car, mods, ect. And what reason would you want to use a different ECU?
