20 is electrical load detector.
(i had this when my ECU fried it self and put a big whole through the circuit board)
31. Is Automatic Transmission B signal.

You need to know the right codes. You're not even for sure. My supra sputtered and the Ground wire to the starter was loose. I tightened it and no more sputter.
Figure out the codes. Someone will help ya.
