what problem is code 45

45 = fuel system too rich or too lean.
more than likely your O2 sensor is starting to die, but isn't dead enough to set CEL 1.

it also could be fuel filter, injectors, fuel pump, and a long list of other things.
what have you tried and what have you noticed?
