if you want to run a P28 ECU (92-5 si/ex sohc vtec ECU) then you'll need to rewire dizzy (run OBDI) other changes/rewiring is the ECU plugs to 92-5 style plugs. easier way is to simply buy the non-obd to OBDI harness converter and add the proper wires.

if you want to run your PM6 ECU (88-91 Civic/CRX Si), you need an external vtec switch such as vtec controller, relay or shift light activation. also the fuel maps/ignition/rev limit is not really well suited for a sohc vtec motor

my suggestion is to run the harness converter change around the wiring and go with the P28 ECU.
