Ebrake questions plz help out

Default Ebrake questions plz help out

Hey there everyone

Ok well am doing big tune on my honda and i was wonder how do i fix my ebrake its really loose and i dont know how to fix is the rear drum breaks or is it the wire.. if ya can let me know it would be great...

im more familiar with the ek style hatches but if you look in the drums you want to make sure your e-brake cable is actually hooked up inside the drum to that arm thats connected 2 the spring you'll see when u look inside also check the tensioner underneath your center console should be righ behind the e-brake handle

Also, sometimes the rear brake self adjuster mechanisms seize up, causing the eBrake to loosen. You'll need to pop off the rear drums to inspect the adjuster mechanism.
