easy engine replacement for 92-95 ex?
a friend just blew his up and i may buy it off of him. it has the d16z6 and i can't seem to find any for a decent price. is there any other easy swap that is cheap? what's all involved in switching to the y8? i'm not looking for a power house b18 answer or anything, just want to get it running and drive it as a daily.
basically looking for minimal wiring. i noticed a lot of jdm swap sites have d15 vtec engines. what's all involved in that?

No. The D15B Vtec is very similar engine so the fuel and timing maps are close enough (I've been running one on a stock P28 for about 4 years and haven't had an issues with it. The SOHC Vtec ZC is basically identical to a D16Z6 so nothing to worry about there.
