Eagle Rods ruining my life! Help please.
I'm installing Eagle H beams into my ZC VTEC motor(D16Z6) and when we put the rods on the crank and tried to spin it over the rods are hitting the cylinder walls. A freind mentioned that we should have the rods grinded a bit to make them fit. I'm sure this will work, however I'm worried about the rods being out of balance after this. The H beams are thick *****, so i'm not worried about losing strength out of them since the highest boost I run is 8 psi at the track. Any thoughts on the grinding or anything else I can do?? Thanks.

To get eagle rods to fit in a D series, you need to notch the block

notch you block never grind down your rods. That will make them weak.
