Default E-85

ok so ive heard from a few people that E-85 is 110 octane.. i was thinking if thats true then i could run E-85 and boost it more because of the higher octane.. is there any truth to this E-85 being 110 octane ??

no it is not 110 octane if you want 110 octane opt for c10 racing fuel, **** is expensive tho.

you can run e-85. remove non e-85 rated rubber from your fuel system, run a richer .bin (tuned)

i forget what stoic is for e-85 but its not 14.7

larger injectors and a fuel pump will do it

E85 is approximately 105 octane, and yes, the higher octane could be used to run higher boost levels, assuming proper tuning. However, if you attempt to convert to E85, you will need to be certain that you address the various potential issues, such as compatibility with certain fuel system components, as well as the different fuel delivery and tuning requirements.
