dyno'd the hatch
Unfortunately i dont have the graph because the shops printer was broken. The car made 161 whp and 113 lb ft. the hp peaked at 8100 and stayed at 160 until 9000. torque was level at 113 from 6500 all the way to about 8600. im just happy the cars not fucked up.

with those #'s, im gonna guess a b16a2 with an I/E inside a ek hatch.

I think its going to take a touch more then I/E on a B16 to see 160whp. LOL.

Nope. Can't be. 113wtq, too low. And it wouldn't hold power to 8,500.

113 isnt low torque for a B18C1 making 160whp.

You're smoking crack. Its low. Bet me $100 that its not a B18C in the dyno. I already know what his engine is and what his mods are. Its not hard to search. Here is a clue, its NOT a B18 anything, it is a B16, but not your "average" B16.

you're right looking back at a lot of b16a2 plots, it would take i/h/e, stg.1 cams, and a chipped ecu to get in that 160+/110+ #'s range.

I guess you could say his engine is "cam'ed".. But factory cams. Hasn't anyone figured out what it is yet?

Ok so heres the story. my roomates and i decided to go up to my lemmon (local mountain) to check it out and cruise around. the car ran fine the entire time but i noticed that on the way back i would get puffs of white smoke whenever i accelerated. as we got down into a lower elevation the smoking would stop at lower rpms but when it crossed over it would start to smoke again. the thing i cant really figure out is why there is white smoke coming out when i recently pulled my plugs for a compression test (180 across the board) and the plugs were black. doesnt this mean im running rich? with a compression test done no more than 10 days ago i dont get why it would smoke. i just put on a test pipe, could this be the cause? help me out.

Do a search for B18C1 dynos and look and the stock and lightly modded ones.
They're all under 120wtq.
