The first cars dyno does not sound good for the mods. I have seen much better dyno's with far less mods. Something isn't adding up.

For all the guys that say theres did more, i mean of course every single dyno is different, i mean you cant really compare one to the other....My first pull of the day was 136.8hp and 99.6 tq, and just by tuning the VAFC with the Wideband o2 i gained 11whp and 8lb. tq....So like chad says its just a tuning tool.

Yes his car is daily driven. He drives with the silencer in usually though. However a guy here has one and daily drives without the silencer. :EARS:

Regarding the first motor dyno'd, and everyone comparing their numbers, peak numbers don't tell the entire story. Also, as stated earlier, every motor is different, and dyno's vary from place to place.
Regarding the peak numbers, I'm almost positive they would be higher if the Ventuli plate was removed.

Rodrez, i too believe that if the Ventulli plate was not there power might have been better....I got it for free from a friend so i figured i would give it a try, but when i rebuild my engine next year i dont think i will reuse it.

have you dynoed without the ventulli plate? Ive always wanted to see a comparison on the same motor with and without one.

But like you said, theres probably some top end to gain from removing the ventulli plate.
