Dying D16Z6?@#

Wuddup Fellas,
Been workin' on the ol' eg hatch for quite some time now and I'm slowly runnin' out of ideas as to what the hell is causing this thing to die out.

So here's the run down:
- Throttle response is seriously lagging throughout every gear upon acceleration
- Quickly loses acceleration going uphill forcing me to downshift in order to get up the damn thing

There is no CEL. I have cleaned the IACV, cleaned the throttle body, checked the ignition timing, replaced the distributor, rotor button, spark plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, catalytic converter and pressure tested all 4 cylinders. The only thing I can think now is that it has something to do with the fuel system. Does anyone have any idea as to what is wrong with this damn thing?

Check all components on the fuel system. Replace fuel filter, check FPR, injectors. What color are you spark plug tips?

Huh, the little engine that could...
Fixin' to be workin' on a boost build , but I'm Saving up for some good internals.

- I'll definently look into replacing the fuel filter and do a thorough check of my fuel system components.

- I have checked the injectors and they sound as though they are running fine. The spark plugs are 4 prong and do show some wear, but no odd burns or carbon build up.

- Not sure how to check the 5v wire on my tps, but would like it if you could send me some more info eg2. The comp test came out with some variations on each cylinder, but all well within spec.
