DX, LX / EX axleback interchangeable?, 96-00 models

Whats the difference between a DX, LX/EX OEM axleback (coupes) ? Are they interchangeable?

I have a 99 civic ex, the axleback has to be change. Theres a guy who's offering me a clean DX axleback for cheap. I want to stay stock because I plan selling my car next spring.
So I would like to know if the muffler would fit perfectly. I'm pretty sure it would...
