its got to be front cause both dx and ex are both front disc and read drum but i dont understand why you would want ex brakes on a dx if i was betting they are probaly the same

Yea, its only the front. Well I would of thought that the ex brakes are bigger, or which conversion on the froint should i do?

pretty sure they're the same size..
if you want bling, get a big brake kit.
if you want performance, just get some good pads.. they'll suit you just fine!

Not true! check out Brembo blanks.. they're a great OEM replacement for very cheap ($50 a set)
