Default Dummy lights - codes p1457, p0170, p0171

My sisters getting ready to sell her car and she needs to get her check engine light situation solved. She says it has been on ever since 2004 with no ill effects. I took it to autozone and am getting codes p1457, p0170, p0171. Its a 2000 civic EX. Here is what they told me.

Troubleshooting P1457
Definition: VAP emission control system leak detected (control canister system)
Probable Cause:
Loose fuel cap
Vapor canister saturated
Failed vent solenoid
Failed purge solenoid

Troubleshooting P0171
Definition : Fuel system too lean bank 1 (Cylinder number 1 denotes bank 1)
Probable Cause:
Large vacuum leak
Fuel system concern
Ignition system concern
MAF sensor faulty
HO2S/AF ratio sensor fault

Troubleshooting P0170
Definition: Fuel trim bank one - Explanation: The powertrain control module uses the oxygen sensor to calculate the air/fuel ratio of the engine. THe computer has recognized a rich or lean condition on one engine bank only.
Probable Cause:
If bank one and two codes set together suspect fuel pressure or MAF (mass airl flow) sensor.
Oxygen sesnor defective
Ignition misfire - repair
Fuel injector problem
I really do not know anything about civics, but is there a common part that causes this? What could it be?

Busted EVAP purge hose will do this.

ok thanks, as i don't know squat about civics where is this located at?> I'll be going back to work on the car this coming Sunday ( i live 2 hours away from my sister) but i am going to the junk yard tomorrow or Friday. Are there any sensors/switches/parts i can get that could be the culprit? I can get them for free so i figure i myswell gather all i can in advance. I'll be sure to pick up the hose.

Or is it a "this is it type of thing", being the busted purge hose?

Measure the fuel pressure, check the primary O2 sensor, and check the rubber seal on the gas cap.
