Dumb question but I am gonna ask anyway
OK I have.....r1 coilovers and stock shocks. I am upgrading to Tokico struts all rounnd and skunk 2 coils. Will I noticec a significance difference in the ride. OH yea they are tokico blues. Thanks

Try a search on "skunk2 coilovers" or "tokico" and I bet you can get all the info you ever wanted on the set-up.
I've went the coilover sleeve route and will be going full system next time. Tiens most likely.

you are right, dumb question. BUT, i heard that blues "ride like ***" according to tom, and skunk2 is a stiff *** brit when it comes to coil overs... but definately better than the other stuff. congrats on the new suspension

if youre considering sleeved coilovers look at Ground Control's... they use eibach springs and only run $300 at most. im not positive but i think the skunks are $400. use the extra money on some kyb agx shocks, ive heard good things about them, and they be cheap.
