Default Dumb question.

I know this might seem like a dumb question but what engine does a 97 Honda Civic Si come stock with???? I am in Canada so I believe the Si is the same as the (US) EX. I also think that it is a 1.6L SOHC. I would also appreciate knowing the engine serial number since you guys use the serial number on the forum

I searched the topic and couldn't find anything on it.

PS- What is the horse power for that stock engine and is it a SOHC?

Thanks guys.

Disregard guys. I found a chart with the specs.

Specifications: (1996 - 2000)
Civic Coupe EX (Canadian Si)

Displacement = 1590
Horsepower @ RPM = 127 @ 6600
Torque (lb.-ft. @ rpm) = 107 @ 5500
Compression Ratio = 9.6:1
Valve Train: 16-Valve SOHC = VTEC™
0-60 mph = 8.5
1/4 Mile = 16.6/83.7

There is one question that still remains what is the correct engine code(serial #) for this engine and are the specs that I found accurate???
