DTC: po132 primary o2 high volts.... does anyone know why? anyone?

DTC: po132 primary o2 high volts.... does anyone know why? anyone?

dtc : po132, primary o2 sensor( sensor 1) high volts
can anyone give me answer why? i changed the o2 sensor with a new one, checked all the wiring between the sensor and the comp, checked the out put volts from the sensor, check the power oing into the sensor, everything is the way it should be, why am i still throwing the code? anyone ?
