the red wire on the resistor box goes to the other end of the yellow/black wire going to the ecu.....some people say to use only one....but i hooked up all 4 to the one red wire

Re: (Luserkid)
You don't need a resistor box, but you do need to put 10 watt 10 ohm resistors inline with the injectors.
I stole that pic and info from

ok guys , just talked to a buddy of mines and he told me this...
yellow/black wires go to the black wires on the res. box
the red wire from the box , i can run 4 wires from the red one
to each color on the injector ... like run a red to the blue, red to yellow , red to brown , red to red on the injectors
is this correct?

Re: (GReddy SI)
i dont have that thing to test to see which ones go to the injectors , and the others to the red wire
thats why i am wondering if i can just run a red wire to each color on the injector to make it work

Re: dsm 450cc install (GReddy SI)
Man you guys are making this way to hard. The red wire needs to be wired to a 12volt switched source on the engine harness. Tap it into something. Then the 4 black wires go to the yellow and black of each injector. One per wire. Bam your done. Power is sent thru the red wire thru the box which ads resistance to the black wires and into the injectors. Hope that helps.

yea you have to bore out the inside of the O-rings. im doing it now and its more of a pain in the *** than i thought, but still not too bad. im finding that i need to take out more material then i thought i would...

Re: dsm 450cc install (blackeg)
Let me see if I can explain it so you guys understand it. There should be 5 wires coming out of the resistor box. All of mine were the same color I believe. First, go to the injector and find the yellow/black wires. Cut them, but make sure that the wires will reach the resistor box. You need to solder 1 of each of the yellow/black wires that are coming from the injector to 1 of each of the 4 wires off the resistor box that are the same color. Then you need to wire the other side of the yellow/black wires that are coming from the wire harness now to the remaining wire. All 4 coming from the wiring harness get soldered to this one wire. It is pretty easy once you understand it. Took me a little bit to understand but I got it.

Re: dsm 450cc install (MPower332TI)
the resistor box just goes inline with the yellow/black ground wires. 4 go in through the 4 same color wires on the box, 4 go out through the one big *** wire on the box. thats all
