I just started the process of converting my 95 del sol to rear disc, using 90 integra parts.
Here ya go:
Rear Disc Conversion Parts List

These are all OEM Honda Part numbers, that means take them to any Honda dealership and they can order the parts for you. Most dealerships will not have the parts in stock, you will have to order them. I have also included a general list of what else is needed for the conversion.

Trailing Arms Complete: Used from 92-00 Civic, 94-01 Integra, 93-97 delSol, or 90-93 Integra (these work fine but the bushings are bigger) if you get them from a 93-97 delSol you will not need to get the ebrake cables listed below. Try to get them as complete as possible, at the very least you need the arms, hubs, calipers. Any missing parts can be used from your whatever is available. Check on ebay.com/Salvage Yards/ or order from www. passwordjdm.com (about $200)

Right Cable – 47520-SR2-933
Left Cable – 47521-SR2-933
Pins (2 needed) – 43471-SD2-930
Pin Snap (2 needed) – 90705-SD2-931
Pads w/ Shims – 43022-SR2-010
Rotors (2 needed) – 42510-SR3-000
Right Hose – 01466-SR3-903
Left Hose – 01468-SR3-902

I don't remember where I pulled this info from, since it was such a long time ago, but I hope it helps. NOTE: I ended up having to wait to complete the swap because I should've ordered the Integra rear brake lines. Since you didn't give much info on your current setup, it's hard to tell if you'll have the same situation.

fyi: Being new is difficult...you ask questions and some people will very rudely tell you to search before asking questions that have been answered many times in the past.
