You can use either '99-'00 Civic Si or '94-'01 Teg equipment. There are 2 different ways to go about this.
1. Entire trailing arm assembly incl. disc, spindle, trailing arm, e-brake. Don't remember if there is anything I am missing, but search should be able to help. You can just swap over the whole trailing arm assembly if you would like.
2. You can keep your trailing arm and e-brake, and just take the spindle off of the SI or Teg trailing arms. In my case this was more beneficial because the trailing arms I got from a Teg were bent, so I had to re-use my stock one anyway, BUT it is kind of a pain to get the spindles off without taking the trailing arms off as well unless you have lots of room to work underneath of the car.
Hit me back with any other questions and I should be able to answer them.

It shouldn't be that hard. Ebay always has them and just about any junkyard will also. Just be sure to WD-40 the heck outta them if you do that. Also, there should be many people on here that have them. Go to the classifieds.

I want to say that the discs shouldn't run more than $40-50 brand new from Autozone, but then again, it has been about 2 years since I have replaced discs, so my memory may serve me wrong.
As for the pv, just search around in the classifieds. There should be an abundance there.

I don't know which lines you are talking about but you need to switch both sets of lines either way. E-brake and soft lines. The soft lines won't work because you need a banjoe fitting on the caliper end for a disc brake.
I have an extra set of soft lines BTW.
