Drum brakes question
I intend to swith to rear disc brakes from a 99-00 si in the near future but now is not the time. I'm trying to rmove the drums off of the rear brakes so that i can paint them to match the caliphers up front which have already been painted to match the car and I also want to check out the brakes inside the drum to make sure theyre ok. How do I remove this... I dont see anything holding it on but it wont just pop off like some other cars Ive seen. Is there a clip or bolt somewhere?

Re: Drum brakes question (iluvmy2000civicex)
painting calipers are maybe acceptable
please do not paint your drums
drums are embarassing and are not something you want to show off

Re: Drum brakes question (dafuzzbudd)
They were already painted red before I got it as were the caliphers. I painted the caliphers VSM to match the car and I would like the drums to match the caliphers insted of being red atleast. This is only temporary. And nevermind I figured out how to get the drum off.
