Default Drum brake pads?

Well, I think my brake pads are finally all used up, and I think I am going to get some axxis(sp?) ultimates for the front, but unfortunately I still have the stock drums in the rear. Are there any pads out there that will make a difference with drum brakes? Or should I just get whatever? Any advice on what pads you all would recommend, and where I could get them for a good price, would be great.

I am really trying to get rid of some of this brake fade that I am having to deal with when driving down these long mountain roads I live on. Oh, and by the way, I don't have the money for the rear disk swap yet, because I have about a thousand other things that I have to put money towards first

thanks in advance

I am not too sure, but I think that if you just got some nice front brake pads then it should eliminate at least some brake fade. If I were you I wouldn't really mess with the back brakes, I bet just high performance front pads will do the trick. But like I said, I am not too sure, just a beginner
