Default Dropped my GSR in and now I need to bleed my brake lines... NORMAL?????

Hey guys, I just swapped my LS for a GSR out and now I have to bleed my brake lines(hopefully thats all). Is that normal after a swap. I dont remember having to go through this after I did my DX to LS swap in my car. Or could my master cylinder just be going out...
