Dropped 2.25 - Fender trim - what to do?
Hi guys, I need your help on this.
I've a 99 sedan, dropped with neuspeed race, konis yellows, khumo supra 205/45/16, the day I installed the springs, the thing was rubbing the underfender trims terrible, so I had to remove them. I want to know, is this a normal thing to do or there might be some workaround?
I though of cutting out the middle part of those trims , like where the top of the wheel would touch it and just leave the front and back parts, to protect the inside of door from mud and some of engine bay.
Your input is really needed on this. Thanks!

take trim out, roll fenders, u can do other ways but if u cut it, and for some reason it rubs u can cut the wheel....... some people have cut that lil lip on the fender off, used touch up paint, then use some kind of rust preventive coating(i think its called underbody spray), but i would put a lil piece of rubber on that just incase
hope that can spark some ideas.......but to do it right is have a body shop roll it or cut it

i removed my fender thingymajig. plenty of people do that, but it does sent dirty stuff into the door jam behind it.

speaking about a little pieace of rubber, does honda sell it on some models? I remmeber seeing it already but can't remmeber where.
I was thinking of hiding the door jams somehow, maybe using a cut of pieces from the fender thingymagic

offset is fine, it doesn't rub the fenders, it was rubbing the underfender plastic mud covers!!!
