Driving EG 4 door with OEM lip onto ramps
Ok, so I'm asking another question about my boss's 94 EG (I think it's an EG? It's a Canadian 94 Special Edition 4 door Civic) I don't see what's so special edition about his civic since I swear when I glanced inside his car he had no power windows, etc. Anyway. I lent him my ramps so he could change his oil. Next day he tells me he couldn't use the ramps since he has an oem spoiler (lip) on his front bumper, which keeps him from completely sliding the ramps under. He says that he if were to drive the car straight forward onto the ramps, it looks like they would break off the lip.
Any suggestions on what to do in a situation like this? His car looks EXACTLY the same as my 92 4 door but with a lip. Thanks again!

They sell lower-profile ramps, that have a slower incline.
Either that, or he could always do it the old fashioned way with a jack and a couple stands.
Or, if he wants, pull the lip off...

I dont know what to tell you, if dude cant get the car onto ramps I dont think he should be changing his own oil. I use a jack and jackstands, but you can use something like this, like the other ppl said these are made for cars with low clearances
