Most will tell you to call the Drive Shaft Shop. Frank or Lee will take care of you.

First, I'm sure you're talking about a EDM engine which I'm not too familiar with, but was it called a B16A2 in 95 over there?

Anyway to answer your question, the axles from the 95 will work for the 00, as long as the 95 intermediate shaft (half shaft) is used.

Drive Shaft Shop is great and I, as always, recommend Raxles too.

They work for the Drive Shaft Shop.

first off, going with axles from drive shaft are a bit unnecessary, unless the OP plans on puting down some huge numbers.

the axle shaft on the b-series axles are the same as your 2000 civic, so mounting the axles are a breeze, not custom work.

as for axles, you can go with any axle from a parts store. as long as they are for a b-series motor. going with axles from drive shaft are not bad, but expensive. if this is something like a daily driver w/ a couple of bolt ons, then regular axles are fine.

If you get axles for a B-series 92-95 Civic, you will need a 92-95 B-series intermediate shaft. If you get axles for a B-series 96-00 Civic, you will need a 96-00 B-series intermediate shaft.

I was wrong, and you are right. I was thinking that the 92-95 int shaft was female on the axle side. My bad
