well i know someone is going to bitch, about this not being kosher. Since you now have no air bags. But since your now using a aftermarket non-srs steering wheel. Here is your fix.... Works like a champ, and fools the airbag system that the airbag still exist...

92-95 civics look at your yellow srs lower harness (the part where it is hooked onto the bottom of the steering column) will be a flat yellow harnes. unhook it from the car, turn it around you will see numbers 1-6 #6 is your horn wire.

or if you buy an hks hub you will get a resistor to fool the srs aswell, incase anyone doesnt already have the hub

for 92-95 civics and dc2's

its hks #0h-215 (ive already done the research the part number is correct)

true if you want to keep your srs hooked up... but if you dont want your bags (while keeping all the srs wiring intact) you need a resistor to trick the ecu or it will stay on

should be pins 1-6 yellow connector

4 -6 jumped with a 2.2 ohm resistor and 1 to horn switch

I checked all 3 radio shacks in my area...they have 2.2k ohm resisters but no 2.2 ohm ones...I yanked the damn plug that turns the light on out of the back of the cluster.

the horn switch doesn't require a resistor?

by taking out the bulb, doesn't fix the issue. i would call that jerry, leroy, juan, rigging...
you can pick up the resistors from your local hobbyshop, make sure you get one rated for 2.2 ohm 5w. you can also check fry's eletronics if you have on in your area.

cut the wires and install 6 and 4 and put a 2.2 ohm resistor between them

alright cool. one more thing on your diagram does the line indicating the horn have any significant meaning?
