Usually when people change brakes they tend to pull on the rotor dust/heat shield thing and it will rub on your rotors until the sound gets worse. get a long screw driver in there and push it back.

That sounds nothing like his problem.

does it sound like you opened a wooden castle door?

i had the same creeking sound when coming to a stop. it then increased to creeking on take offs then when i hit bumps. the front lower control arm bushing went out i replaced it and it went out several times i did a search on honda tech and ppl were sayin you need to tighting the bolts while the car had a load on that control arm(simulate driving position)in order to prevent premature wear on the bushing i dont know if that is true or if it help you but that all the tech i have to offer

Try tightening the sliders on the calipers they sometimes loosen up. It tends to make a creaking sound similar to a worn out outer CV joint. They may also ned to be replaced.

here is a novel idea go to the left front of the car bounce the suspension and see if you can reproduce the noise. It sounds like you have a worn out ball joint or bushing.

sounds like a problem that i had. it ended up that my ball joints were shot. when i stopped i would get a popping or creaking sound. as soon as i got my new upper control arms the sound stopped.

My dad had/has this issue with his accord. It's not a constant screech when braking, but it's rotational, almost like there's a high/low spot somewhere. He had the rotors/pads replaced up front and it was gone for a while... but now it's back... so I'm kinda stumped on what it is now.

This sounds like what I just started hearing from my wheel well also. It only happens under braking right before my car comes to a complete stop. I made sure all my caliper bolts were snug and still makes it, sounds like the clacking noise a blown axle makes but not as loud.

So you hear it at low speed when turning, and when you break just before you stop. DO you hear it at low speed when you take off? It sounds like an outer CV Joint (closest to the wheel) is bad. This could have happened when replacing the bearings and ball joints. You wont hear it at high speeds.

maybe your rotors are unevenly worn.. you may need to get them turned.. or just get new rotors if ur brakes are stock.. when you brake (more likely at higherspeeds) does the steering wheel shake?.. or comparably, when you brake at lower speeds does it feel as if the brake pedal is pulsating?
