K so this morning went out, started my baby, n she had a limp wiper like I can move the arm up n down but only the driver side... wtf. I searched forums n couldnt find anything... searched google but nothing definite... I dont think its the motor cuz the passenger is fine. Ive heard about replacing the linkage or bushings but I dont know and was wondering if anyone has had this problem n could shine some light.

On what car? Did you bother to remove the cowl and actually inspect the wiper mechanisms?

WOOOW... Really? I had to be that guy smh. Sorry, its a 00' civic coupe. as far as inspecting anything no I havnt. looking here to find help before I go messing around and making things worse... PS I live in NW Washington so help is GREATLY needed and appreciated!

Your linkage fell apart. Take the wiper arms off. remove the cowl and look for any missing fasteners
