I'm pretty sure you can just replace the track, but it wont be to easy. There aren't any DIYs for this that I know of.
How is it bent? What direction does the bend go? Is it a really sharp bend or is it gradual?

its more of a gradual bend, the front roller is off the track and bent towards the outside of the car...i tried to bend it back in place but there isnt enough room to do anything...

there is a 10mm bolt on the bottom left conner of the door, try to losen and adjust it. that is the only bolt that holding the center channel. to replace it all you have to do is losen that bolt and peel back the glass guide channel and pull down the center channel. be careful try not to bent any rods.

i suggest replacing the rails. simple to swap out.
after you get the new rails in, get some Silicone Lube from autozone or so and spray it down the rubber edges so the window will slide easily. thats the culprit for messed up/ derailed windows.

I couldnt see how it just bend without you wrecking your car to begin with. Try to lube up the rubber tracks (from the top of the frame all the way to the bottom) with some wd-40 or something and see if the window still does it.

u will probably just have to order a new window regulator, and when u get the new one put in be sure to lube it up so this doesnt happen again.

my dad has an old toyota corolla 1984, and those are manual windows.
i guess they didnt engineer the railings too good on that, since they were so thin, regular use broke the rail from the end.
my fix was a bunch of wire twine and a metal hanger.

1. It isn't hard to swap out. Go to any honda garage and tell them about it, they have an article on it. *free* I have it at home, but I am at school so I can't give it to you.
2. Don't use WD-40, tried that and ended up with more problems, go with silicone spray.
