double checking before my swap.
i have a 94 del sol. s model, so no vtec wired in.
i got a 94 engine from the del sol vtec. (b16a3, obd1)
it came with a jdm ecu and the del sol vtec wiring harness.
1. when i swap, can i use the del sol vtec wiring harness, will i need to wire vtec in? - or will it be supported already?
2. also, what differnce will the jdm ecu make?
before you say it, i tried searching.. however i did not know what to search for, i tried info on the del sol, but there was none, and i do not know the eg hatch/coupe equivilant to the del sol models (s/si/vtec)
thanks.

ok is it the JDM wiring harness or the USDM Del Sol VTEC harness? If it's the JDM one, it won't work without some modifications. If it's the USDM Del Sol VTEC one it should be a plug and play affair. I'm not sure if the harness on the car has the signal wire for VTEC or knock. You might have to run those.
