If you get a stocker from another civic/integra that came with it stock, you'll need to replace your LCAs because there's no provision for the end link on the DX LCA.
You might want to check out ST and see what they offer for civics that didn't come with one stock...

if you want to go the OEM route:
26mm front sway from SI - need SI Front LCA + forks
22mm front sway from EX - need EX Front LCA
correct me if im wrong its been a while since i've researched this topic

Sounds about right. Reason why I know is when I replaced my front LCA, the junkyard tried to dupe me with a DX LCA...
His other option would be to buy the ST front and rear bar kit, which they have a specific kit for civics that didn't come with a factory front sway bar...

i wanted to stay the oem route, so if i wanted to get the si front sway how muc would that cost all together swaybar+flca+forks. also would it clear a gsr swap.

Get the EX front lca's if you want more choices for swaybar sizes because they use a common mounting point with the ITR, GSR etc. as opposed to the 99-00 Si which uses a different design.
