Door Skin vs Door Shell

hey, whats up, i got into an acident, and now need a new door. i was wondering what the difference was between the door shell vs the door skin. the price was a considerable difference so it would be good to know. alright peace

Skin is the outside panel, the shell is the whole frame.

3,4 = skin
