SW20 MR2

I just had 99-00 Civic Si doors installed on my 96 hatch. The driver's side door seems to need more effort in order to close fully (passenger side is fine). You almost have to slam it in order to get it shut. We aligned the door and the latch hook(?) perfectly, and it doesn't look like it's catching on anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

maybe its a broken latch? possibly when slammed, part of it broke. have you checked it out?

It latches fine. Just needs more force than normal. I can move the latch no problem (exactly the same as the one on the passenger side).
