Don't throw your single cam away

I know this is partially the wrong forum, but I am in dire need of a single cam! I'm willing to take anyone's unused single cam! Vtec, non vtec, whatever. PM me!

There is no such thing as a "junk" SOHC.

They are a better bang per buck than any B Series.

Well i wouldnt go that far. I have a few "junk" SOHC blocks in my garage that i couldnt pay people to take away...granted they have spun bearings or bend rods.

. We are building a b16 right now too, but i want a single cam for the grocery getter.

Oh no? It's relatively simple. Take the amount of horsepower produced and divide it by the price of the engine.
D16Z6 swap.......125hp / $400 = 0.3125 hp per dollar
B16 swap...........160hp / $2000 = 0.08 hp per dollar

That is a HUGE difference. Do the math for any Honda engine and the D16 will ALWAYS come out on top. My statement again....
