DB'd

Hey, my 1990 crx dx has a ZC motor swap, and its still in the shop because for some reason its smoking BAD. Everytime you push the gas it moves then stops then moves. The smoke that is coming out is VERY rich, and when i say smokes it comes out in HUGE black SMOKE BOMBS(Gas not oil). The code was saying the o2 sensor is bad, we replaced that and its not helping. I have also read that the Teg ECU's make the ZC run rich, but that rich? So in overall for some reason the car is geting flooded. Someone please help me it would be very helpfull! thanks
