does it really help that much?

i have a 94 cx hatch with a b18c1 swap with dc sports 4-2-1 header, aem cam gears and intake, skunk2 intake manifold, crower 402 cams valve springs and retainers, june chip, skunk2 vtec controller, clutchmasters stage 3 clutch and flywheel, b&m pro short shifter, kyb adjustable struts, nuespeed lowering springs, unorthodox racing crank pulley, 16" enkie racing wheels, powerstop slotted rotors, fluidyne radiator, 3" thermal catback exhaust. will a aem fuel rail and pressure regulator help and how much difference will i notice?

yes.. you will notice more response at WOT with higher pressure

None at all. The FPR is a tuning item.
