yes, they are worth it. it raduces chance of axle breakage, and high rpm shifts are much much improved and crisper. and oh yeah...the obvious...launches are much improved.

oil pan possibly, but other than that, there shouldn't be at all. If radiator is still in stock location, then ur good with that.
