the USDM 95, 96, and 97 DOHC VTEC should have ABS. none of the other will have it.
it was standard in the Vti and Sir 92 and up (JDM, EDM)

probably just needs brake fluid in there, the other day this kids wasn't working and we added the brake fluid and it works fine now. Just check your fluid.
