And u would want to do this y? Its very very illegal, It doesnt really matter how many miles a honda has on it cause hondas are just great when it comes to enginelife, mines a 92 with 177,000 and it runs just fine and urs being a 98 it really isnt bad. I dont know what u are trying to do with rolling back mileage but its realy stupid
