I've re-used the header/exhaust manifold gasket but anything else will have already been squished/ripped/shaped and won't seal the same unless replaced.

That's like asking someone if they reuse condoms... I only reuse exhaust manifold gaskets and cam seals with a lot of RTV.

I reuse Exhaust, intake (hondata), TB, oil pan gasket (depends on the condition it is), and once a head gasket. Usually i try to replace all the rubber and paper type gaskets.

I always reuse my exhaust gasket unless it has visible flaws. I have a password IM gasket and its plastic so I reuse that. Reused a TB gasket once becuase it looked alright. I also reused a headgasket once becuase I was being cheap. This is all on my motor only. Basically if the gasket looks like you can reuse it then try it. If its torn or something then dont.

once, in a cheap-o-mergency, i reused a cut valve cover gasket, put it back together with rtv, sealed fine and to my knowledge it still does not leak.

You'd be surprised at what people use for gaskets. I've heard it on the board here and I've heard of 2 of my friends using aluminum foil, mouse pad, old drivers license..

You can get away alot with valve cover gaskets.. Especially using RTV since it works very well.

I reuse the exhaust, valve cover, Hondata intake and my HDPE throttle body gasket.

Seems the only one I wouldn't reuse is a head gasket.

HDPE = High Density Polyethylene I grabbed a piece from work .020 thick when I saw what the Hondata intake gasket was.
