are there any suggestions besides a swap.

no swap it it is slow very shitty i have a cx i ran a 19.7.....thats was quick?....no swap it

get a 92-95 si tranny. that should help you out. you will also need i/h/e. my friend just put a chikara header on his d15b7 and it helped out pretty good.
