Does anyone have some torq specs for a d series motor?
Can someone please send me a chart or list of the touq specs for a d series motor? For example head bolts crank bolts ect... Thanks..

Search using google for a Factory Service Manual (FSM) for your specific generation. It'll contain all the torque specs.

Well I will go with my D16 Z6 torque specs,,,D15 Z1 have the same torque specs,,,,,,,,,,
Do them in 2 steps both
Cylinder Head
1st 22lb
2nd 53lb
Crankshaft
1st 18lb
2nd 38lb
