does anyone have the pin out for an eg2 and eg6?
well pretty much what the question is.... as far as which wire is which and what color... and where they are in the harness... such as a6 d6 etc...

The either the helms or the haynes manual. Haynes manual is only like $12 at any autoparts store. It will have all the wiring pinouts for you in the back of the book 
It tells you what color the wires are coming off the motor, and what colors they are on the ECU side. $12 worth spending....but I would get the helms manual if I were you! Helms manual is your best friend

Get a service manual.
