well i have a 92 4dr lx with a jdm b18c with practically every bolt on there is. And today i just picked up my new Apexi n1 exhaust and a mugen header should be here any day now. Well at the track i ran a 15.2 which sucks considering everything i have. But i think i just suck at driving

10.8@64 with street tires and a crappy 2.6 60ft
10.5@63 with slicks and a crappy 2.2 60ft
both in the 1/8th obviously
completly stock 95 LX 1.5L, except unbolted exhaust and weight reduction
fast for what it is

Re: Does anyone have a fast 4 dr? (SlippylesKB)
wats up peeps...i have a somewhat fast 4dr. i couldnt prove it at the track unfortunately, but it hauls ***. its a '93 EX 4dr SOHC with greddy turbo @ 8psi. i had a shitty launch and ran a 15.4 @ 91mph with a 2.439 60ft with heavy *** 17" ADR's and @ 8psi with a boost leak keeping me @ 5psi from 5200 rpm til redline its by no means a mid 15 sec car. next season ill be putting on a test pipe and getting my boost leak fixed and running on 14s with drag radials. itll be a low 14 sec car like it should be. if u wanna check it out, go to the site in my signature.

Re: Does anyone have a fast 4 dr? (boostin4drcivic)
i'm trying to find out more or less how much power will it take a 92 4 dr lx to get it in the 13's. Right now my setup is
JDM b18c with LSD
AEM fuel rail and regulator
Mugen clutch Excedy flywheel
DC 4-2-1 header ( already ordered a mugen 4-1)
Crappy exhaust ( Apex n1 sitting in my living room)
V-AFC
Apex ITC
MSD BTM with a coil
AEM cold air intake
AEM cam gears and pullies
That's all i can think of on the motor.
Then i also have rota slips in 16 with Azenis
I also have a roll cage which is wearing me down
Well that's everything i can think of. The best run i could do was a 15.2 with a 2.3 60ft time. My time sucks. I guess i just can't drive.

Just build up your motor, boost it at 8-10 psi, dyno tune it, get some drag radials, and that should help you get near the 13's, if not in the 13's. And don't feel bad. i suck at driving, too. I haven't gotten used to my turbo lag -- what little there is of it -- so i always bog.

Re: Does anyone have a fast 4 dr? (TruePlayaz114)
Ok Fellas!! I blew the Damn clutch on my first run!!! He's not really upset however What the hell happened? Is my driving or was the ACT clutch not strong enough. I thing he has the Street setup not the 6 puck. I am replacing his clutch regardless because I was driving once it blew. I don't recall doing anything to blow the clutch out. What could I have done to cause this, so I don't do this to the 1.6 I am about to Turbo?
