Does the 98 Civic Hatch have two o2 sensors???
I have a 98 Civic Hatch and I am pretty sure it has two o2 sensors...I just picked up a exhaust system from a 96 hatch and noticed there is no hole for a o2 sensor..
So my question is, do both sensors go into the header? I have a 2000 ex header too so it only has one hole for one o2 sensor... so I am not sure what to do.

yes u have an obd2. i believe one o2 sensor goes into your head, and your secondary o2 sensor goes into your catalytic converter.

Well, one O2 sensor goes on to the top half of the header near the exhaust ports and the other is behind the cat on the lower half of the header. With the D16Y7's the cat is actually on the header.

so you are saying I can't use an ex header?

where is the cat located on the dx hatch? Is it located between the header and the exhaust system? or is the cat made into the header? I am unsure where the cat is supposed to be located because I do not have the stock header.

You can use an header ment for an Ex,, you just have to run a cat, or test pipe ment for an EX

The cat on the EX was in between the header and downpipe, the cat on the EX is under the car. In other words you have to get an EX cat or testpipe to use the EX header. The secondary o2 plugs into the cat, which a muffler shop can make a bung on the cat if you don't have one.
