it will fit but you will need to convert it to OBD1 from OBD2
which you can do the easy way of a conversion harness or use the stuff out of ur z6 (if you have one)

not necessarily... just use all OBDII stuff and youll be fine.

Re: Does a 2000 civic engine work on an EG? (97civicdx)
Well on my 92 DX when I put in the 2000 EX motor I used....
P28 for my ECU
93 Integra Injectors..(just cause it was OBD1)
Kept the alternator off the OBD2 but had to splice the plug in
you will also Have to find away to mount the IAT sensor, try to get if with the 2000 motor.
I believe I swapped out the rear mount as stated above.
As far as a dizzy The DX one is perfect, I think. We did not figure this out until afterwards. It clears the Vtec soleniod perfect. We just added the wire that is missing to the 00 dizzy on my car. and spliced in the OBD1 plugs.
Any D series axles, shift linkage will work..88+
Hope that helps

Well if you got the whole car then you got it set. Just swap things out. Does the 92 DX have a motor in it also? If so then keep the
Dizzy
Injectors
and use the harness
also to have vtec you can pin the harness for it. The plug on the passenger side strut well. Not hard.
