Does a 1998 civic ex tranny hook up to a d16z6?
Just like the topis says, anyone know if they are the same transmssions or if it will bolt up to a 92 lx with a d16z6 swap? thanks

yup to both.
all d series trannies bolt on to any d series engine, only thing that sets them apart are there gearing.
but the ex tranny from 96-00 are considered the best since they have a hardened steel shift fork.
