Everything they make is quality....the goddamn noisy exhaust is a personal preference. I had the Tanabe Sustec 210 springs on my car and loved them to death.

I have a racing medallion, f*cking loud indeed. I heard that you can cut and install a resonator into the piping which lowers sound and doesnt mess with performance. Anyone else here of this?

I ran my r/m tanabe system at an autox event last year. During the run they check your sound decibel (so as not to ****-off nearby business's and such) anyways the tanabe with the silencer in...itr motor BTW hit 92 db's.
Gotta get rid of it now though....need a 3 in. exhuast on upcoming project.

My buddy has the hyper on his HB, It really has a distinct sound to it, I'm buting it off of him for 300- cat back! I like the way it sounds. I have heard much louder!

<---- Tanabe RM in a gutted EH, no silencer.
The Accord will be getting Tanabe HM or Remus.
Tanabe Cat-Back $500/shipped
Remus Axle-Back $500/shipped (sounds soooooo nice)

Re: do you like TANABE? (HONDA-2NR)
Their springs are great. I loved mine. However, I think the quality control on their exhausts is questionable. The Racing medallion that I received had the wrong size b-pipe in the factory sealed box. And on top of that, the welds at the flanges were pretty shitty to. This is also from 4 years ago. They may have made a lot of changes to their exhausts since then. I hope for their sake they have.
